Buffalo Mane Hair Waste from Japan
> Buffalo mane hair waste consists of discarded outer-coat hairs from water buffalo processing. These hairs are coarse animal hair, as defined in Chapter Note 1(c), and are not fine animal hair (which includes alpaca, llama, camel, yak, Angora, Kashmir or similar goats, rabbit, hare, beaver, nutria or musk-rat). This waste is not garnetted stock and is therefore classifiable under tariff item 5103.30.00 as waste of coarse animal hair.
