Matte Coated Mechanical Offset Roll from Japan

They are used for writing, printing, or other graphic purposes, such as non-glare offset printing in books and forms, and have no coating other than the inorganic substance. They fall under tariff item 4810.29.00 as 'Other' paper of this subheading, not being lightweight coated paper or otherwise specified.
