Bitumen-impregnated bamboo fiberboard sheets, made from bamboo as a ligneous material, have a density of 0.35–0.5 g/cm³ and are treated for damp-proofing. These sheets are not mechanically worked or surface-covered, qualifying under tariff item 4411.94.00. Chapter 44 note 6 extends the scope to bamboo and other woody materials.
