They are classified under tariff item 4303.10.10 as they fall within the scope of gloves, mittens and mitts, which includes similar hand or wrist coverings.
4303.10.10Chinchilla Fur Gloves
Luxury gloves fully constructed from dense chinchilla furskins, tanned with the hair on. As articles of apparel made entirely of furskin, they are classified under tariff item 4303.10.10, which specifically covers gloves, mittens and mitts. The exclusion in Chapter Note 2(c) applies only to gloves made of leather and furskin or leather and artificial fur, not to gloves made wholly of furskin.
