Dried Deerskin Hides from United States
Dried deerskin hides are raw hides from deer that have been dried for preservation, dehaired but not tanned or parchment-dressed. They are suitable for specialty leather production. Per chapter note 1(c), raw hides of deer are explicitly included in Chapter 41.
