Low molecular weight IR solution is a depolymerized isoprene rubber dissolved in an organic solvent, used for specialty coatings. Chapter note 4(c) includes depolymerized natural rubber in the definition of synthetic rubber, and the solution is a primary liquid form under chapter note 3.
