Prevulcanized latex of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, a liquid dispersion in primary form under Chapter 40 Note 3(a). The prevulcanization is permitted per Note 5(A)(i) as it is added for the preparation of pre-vulcanised rubber latex, and the product retains its essential character as raw synthetic rubber.
