This is a Kapton polyimide film tape with silicone adhesive, in 12 mm rolls for PCB masking. It is a self-adhesive flat shape of plastics, in rolls of a width not exceeding 20 cm, but it is made of polyimide, not polymers of methyl methacrylate. Therefore, it does not fall under this tariff item.
