It is accompanied by a certificate with values and uncertainty, meeting the CRM definition in Chapter Note 2(A). Although it is a separate chemically defined compound, it is not excluded because Chapter Note 1(a) only exempts specific products, and CRMs are explicitly included in heading 38.22.
