Dag 580 is a semi-colloidal graphite dispersion in butyl acetate solvent, used as an anti-stick coating for plastic molds and metal dies. The graphite is in a finely divided state, which qualifies it as a colloidal or semi-colloidal graphite under tariff item 3801.20.00. It is not a separate chemically defined compound and is not excluded by Chapter 38 notes.
