Polyethylene Wax Emulsion for Polishes from Mexico
A water-dispersible polyethylene wax emulsion used in floor and furniture polish formulations. This product is an artificial wax of a waxy character with a basis of polyethylene wax dispersed in a liquid medium. Although chapter note 5(d) excludes waxes dispersed in a liquid medium, this product is classified under tariff item 3404.90.90 as 'Other' prepared waxes, as it is not a finished polish.
