Lutrol E400 is a liquid polyethylene glycol with a poly(oxyethylene) structure, chemically produced and waxy in character. Although liquid at room temperature, it qualifies as an artificial wax of poly(oxyethylene) under tariff item 3404.20.90 when not put up as a finished preparation.
