3401.20.20Exfoliating Oatmeal Soap Bar
A bar soap embedded with oatmeal grains for gentle skin exfoliation, molded and water-soluble. The oatmeal is an abrasive, but Chapter 34 Note 2 allows abrasives in bar form, so it remains in heading 34.01.
