Blinded placebo tablets with a sugar base, identical in appearance to sertraline antidepressant pills, packaged in kits with the active medicament for a recognized clinical trial on depression. They are put up in measured doses, meeting the scope of heading 30.06, Note 4(g) and (l), as placebos for clinical trial kits.
