> Spent graphite-moderated fuel cartridges from Advanced Gas-cooled Reactors (AGR), containing irradiated uranium oxide pins sealed in steel tubes. These are spent (irradiated) fuel elements of nuclear reactors, classified under tariff item 2844.50.00 because they are radioactive residues from reactor operation and are not covered by other headings in Chapter 28.
