Pure lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) in fine powder form, used as a raw material for lithium-ion battery cathodes and glass ceramics. This is a chemically defined inorganic carbonate, meeting the scope of Chapter 28 Note 1(a). It is not excluded by Chapter 28 Note 3.
