Fire Extinguisher Grade Sodium Bicarbonate from Mexico
Fire extinguisher grade sodium bicarbonate is a micronized, pure sodium hydrogencarbonate powder intended for use in ABC dry chemical fire extinguishers. As a separate chemically defined compound, it is classified in Chapter 28, and it is not excluded by Chapter Note 3(e) because it is not put up in fire-extinguishing grenades or charges.
