Calcium Nitrite Corrosion Inhibitor from Japan
Calcium nitrite (Ca(NO2)2) in solution or powder form, used as a corrosion inhibitor for reinforced concrete. It is a chemically pure inorganic nitrite, meeting Chapter 28 Note 1(a) or (b) if in aqueous solution. It is classifiable under tariff item 2834.10.00 as a nitrite of calcium.
