Cobalt Ammonium Sulfate from Mexico

Cobalt ammonium sulfate is a double salt of cobalt and ammonium sulfate (CoSO4·(NH4)2SO4·6H2O) used in analytical labs and plating. Although it is a complex salt, Chapter Note 5 directs double salts to heading 28.42, so it does not belong under this item.
