Sodium hypochlorite solution, commonly known as liquid bleach, is an aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite used for disinfection and laundry. It is a hypochlorite of an inorganic base, not excluded by Chapter 28 notes, and is not commercial calcium hypochlorite. The aqueous solution is a normal method of putting up this product for transport and safety, per Note 1(b) to Chapter 28.
