Arsenic-tellurium smelter ash is ash from tellurium co-production with arsenic in smelters, for joint metal extraction. This ash is a residue containing arsenic, of a kind used for the extraction of arsenic or the manufacture of its chemical compounds, fitting tariff item 2620.60.00. It is not from iron or steel manufacture and is used for industrial metal recovery.
