Arsenic-rich zinc roast clinker is a residue from zinc roasting operations with high arsenic content, destined exclusively for arsenic recovery plants producing arsine gas or compounds. This clinker is used only for the extraction of arsenic or the manufacture of its chemical compounds, meeting the criteria of tariff item 2620.60.00. It is a metallurgical residue containing arsenic, not from iron or steel manufacture.
