Micaceous granite powder is produced by crushing granite of heading 25.16 and contains mica flakes, used in paints. The powder is obtained by mechanical grinding and is not heat-treated or mixed, as allowed by Chapter 25 Note 1. It is not pure mica, so it is classified as powder of stones of heading 25.16 under this tariff item.
