Imbue Petillant is an American sparkling vermouth from Oregon Pinot Noir flavored with botanicals, lightly effervescent. It is a flavoured wine of fresh grapes with an alcoholic strength by volume not exceeding 18.3% vol, packaged in containers holding 2 litres or less. It is not classified as sparkling wine under subheading 2204.10 as it does not meet the 3 bar pressure requirement.
