Frozen Cut Green Beans from Germany

Frozen green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) that have been cleaned, trimmed, and cut into pieces, prepared by blanching and freezing without vinegar or acetic acid. These beans are prepared by a process other than those specified in Chapter 7, 8, or 11, and are classifiable under heading 20.04 as other vegetables prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar or acetic acid, frozen.
